Application

The Foundation has one application period per year: 1-28/29 February.

The next application period is  1 – 28 February 2026. The application period is for projects that will be realised during the period of May 2026 and June 2027.

Applications are submitted via a digital application form.

What should the application contain:

• The purpose of the bilateral contribution
• Date and time
• Co-operation partners
• Tentative programme, work plan, project plan or equivalent
• If possible, a specific contact person for the activity should be stated
• If the applicant is a private individual, a CV must be attached to the application.
• If the applicant is an association, organisation, institution or similar, a brief presentation of the applicant should be attached (how long has it existed, what are its main activities, examples of other projects carried out, etc.)

When will you receive an answer?

For the application date 28-29 February, the board will make a decision in April, but please note that the activity to which the application relates must not have begun before the board has made its decision.

When should the grant be used?

The grant from the fund must be used in the period from May of the calendar year in which the grant is awarded to June of the following year.
